WARRIOR HOCKEY TRADITION IS REBORN!

 MATIGNON HOCKEY

Tradition

Warrior Hockey Pride began long ago!

When State Hockey Championships time arrives, many have visions of Marty Pierce, Unkie with his clip board & the Matignon Mohawks  under the helmets, ready to be revealed to a packed Boston Garden crowd.

The Matignon  hockey team has won 10 state championships from the mid-1970s through the 1980s and were selected as the best high school hockey team in the nation 5 times.

NHL Players like Tom O'Regan Stephen Leach, Shawn McEachern, Niko Dimitrakos all grew their talents under Coach Pierce. Marty Pierce has left a fantastic legacy with a 650-166-61 lifetime record at Matignon up until his retirement in 2004.

There was no more hard working and skilled players than Dan Lupo, the new hockey head coach of the Warriors at One Matignon Road. Under the leadership of new head Coach Dan Lupo Warrior Hockey and tradition will rise again.
